Working with Connectors
Any user who signs in to Diligent One Platform can access the Connectors offering under Marketplace.
All the connectors listed in Marketplace are enabled for your use. However, accessing a connector requires the Analytics application, which combines data access, analysis, and integrated reporting while maintaining data integrity. Based on your Diligent subscription, you are typically entitled to at least one license of Analytics. To learn more, visit the Analytics page.
To get started with these connectors, do the following:
-
From Diligent One Launchpad, navigate to Audit & Analytics > Analytics and Install ACL for Windows.
-
Sign in to the application from your local machine using your Diligent One credentials.
-
Select your organization with the Analytics license and activate it.
-
Create or open an Analytics project.
-
From the Analytics window, select Import > Database and application.
-
From Connect to a data source, select New Connections.
-
From the list of connectors, select the one you need.
-
Configure the connector to import required data.
For more information on individual connectors, refer to their documentation.
If you need further assistance, contact your account manager.
