Setting up Results
There are three levels of organization for data in the Results app. Generally, your organization will use these levels to create the data structures that you need. However, Results includes some default content, and some features in Diligent One automatically create data structures to store data and metadata relevant to those features.
- Collections the top level of organization for data. For more information, see Working with collections.
- Analyses the second level of organization for data. Each analysis exists inside a collection. For more information, see Working with analyses.
- Tables the final level of organization for data. Each table exists inside an analysis, and stores records of data in rows and columns. There are different types of tables, each of which is best suited to a particular need. For more information, see Working with tables.
Permission to access data is controlled per Collection.
