Risk Manager activity logging

As a system admin you can generate and download a record of the changes users have made to the library objects in Risk Manager.

The changes made by a user are maintained in a log in Risk Manager. You can generate a .csv file that contains the changes made in the last 30 days. When the file is generated, you receive an email from Diligent One with the details to download the file locally.

Note

You must have read permissions for all the asset types, to generate and downland the file. For security reasons, the link to download the activity log expires 30 minutes after you receive the email.

Generate and download the activity log

  1. Open the Risk Manager app.
  2. In the left navigation panel, select Activity.
  3. Select Activity Log.
  4. Select the Date range of up to 30 days.
  5. Select Export activity log. Diligent One generates and emails the link to download the activity log.
  6. Click the link in the email to download the activity log.
