Overview of Risk Manager
The Risk Manager app in Diligent One acts as a single source of truth for all risks and controls in your organization. It is the primary location where risks and controls are identified, assessed, and scored.
Important
You can use the Risk Manager app to incorporate an end-to-end Risk Management solution into your organization's existing workflows. To learn more, see Risk Management using the Risk Manager app.
Note
The Risk Manager app is not the only way to manage risks and controls. You can do this in the Projects app also. If you are using risks and controls in the Projects app for your audits, then continue doing so. The Risk Manager app is most applicable when you are managing IT or third-party risks.
Features and functionality
- Populate your risks and controls create and manage your risks and controls in a single location.
- Create risk relationships and hierarchy create a hierarchy of risks and relate them to other risks, controls, organizations, assets , processes, and other relevant entities.
- Asses your risks and controls perform risk assessments to determine the likelihood and consequences of a risk event, and perform control assessments to find out the effectiveness of a control.
- Determine risk scores calculate risk scores based on impact and likelihood of a risk.
