Navigating the Strategy app

Strategy is an app in Diligent One.

When you open the Strategy app, the homepage displays your company's risk profile. Each state is displayed in a separate column, and you can move risks from one state to another based on your company's risk assessment and risk appetite.

Notes

  • Interface terms are customizable, and fields and tabs are configurable. In your instance of Diligent One, some terms, fields, and tabs may be different.
  • If a required field is left blank, you will see a warning message: This field is required. Some custom fields may have default values.

Filters
  • Inherent Risk Heat filters risks by inherent risk heat

    The grey portion of the scale indicates the minimum and maximum values to display. For example, you can adjust the endpoints of the scale to show all risks that have inherent risk heat between 50% - 70%.

  • Keywords/Tags filters risks by tags associated with a risk or by keyword search
  • State filters risks by state
  • Strategic Objectives and Operating Segments filter risks by the strategic objectives and operating segments defined in your Strategy Map
  • Time Machine allows you to view the state of risks at a particular point in time, based on your company's time zone
3 Tabs
  • Risk Profile displays risk tiles in columns that correspond to your risk mitigation process
  • Heatmaps visualizations of risks in your company
  • Strategy Map a graphical representation of your business and legal entity structure
  • Risk Workshops allows you to invite different stakeholders to collaborate in a risk assessment process
  • Settings allows administrators to manage users and configure settings in the Strategy app
4 Risk Library

allows you to import common key risks to your risk profile. The risks are disclosed across a given industry. Risks are curated and normalized from S&P 500 10-k reports, Basel, and more.

your risk profile in .xlsx format

Applied filters are saved and reflected in the Excel file.
6 Risk Profile provides a view of all strategic risks associated with the company
