Exporting a risk profile

Export a copy of your risk profile to Excel format (.xlsx).

How it works

The Excel file contains the following information:

• risk names, descriptions, and attributes
• tags associated to each risk
• the strategic objectives and operating segments associated with each risk

  Note

  • Interface terms are customizable, and fields and tabs are configurable. In your instance of Diligent One, some terms, fields, and tabs may be different.
  • If a required field is left blank, you will see a warning message: This field is required. Some custom fields may have default values.
• the inherent risk score and inherent risk heat for each risk
• the state of each risk

The list of risks are sorted based on inherent risk heat, from highest to lowest. Inherent risk heat is displayed using two decimals of precision.

Permissions

All Strategy users can export a risk profile to .xlsx.

Steps

1. Open the Strategy app.
2. Click Download.
3. Save the file to your computer.

   Result The file saves as Risk_Profile.xlsx.
