Designating a chairperson for a BoardEffect workroom
You can designate a chairperson within each workroom. While the chairperson's permissions and settings do not change, they are recognized as a significant contributor to the workroom.

To view your active workrooms and workgroups, select Site Settings
, and then select Manage Workrooms and Groups. -
To expand a workroom section, select the workroom name.

Move down the page to view the Workroom Members.

To designate a chairperson, select the arrow next to the user's name, and then select Make Chair from the menu.

The chairperson has a gavel icon next to their name.
