View and download Meeting Books (Android)
You can view and download a Meeting Book from the BoardEffect application so it displays on your device. The most recent version of a Meeting Book is automatically available in your account. This topic describes how to view a Meeting Book and download it on your mobile device or tablet.

Sign in to your BoardEffect account. The BoardEffect home page displays.

Move down the page to view the list of your Upcoming Events. Go to the relevant event, and then select Book on the event card.

You can also view a Meeting Book in a workroom. To go to a Workroom, select the menu icon on the top left of any page in the application. The Navigation Bar displays.

Select the relevant Workroom. The workroom home page displays.

Select the Library tab
at the bottom of the workroom home page. -
To download a Meeting Book, select Download Book. You can now access the Meeting Book on your mobile device or tablet even when using the app offline.

After the Meeting Book downloads, you can select View Book to view it on your device.
