Email notifications from Boards

Emails are sent from Boards to notify users about:

• Core functionality updates, including book edits and other meeting-related news

• Security alerts that could impact a user’s access to their account

Switching email notifications on or off

You can switch email notifications on or off in Launchpad. For more information, see Managing email notifications.

Types of email notifications

The table includes a description of the email notifications you may receive.

Board email change	Security alert	Boards email changes	Any change to the user’s Boards email address
Access change	Security alert	Boards access changes	Any change to a user’s committee, role, or permissions
