Alerts: 1-6

Alerts 1-6 are related to the information maintained in the Compliance Details area of a Company Record.

When a user selects to receive one or more of alerts 1-6, they can also determine how to receive the alert(s). This achieved by selecting one of the following options:

1 per Message to Manager

Select this option to send one alert per entity to the Managed By user of each company/entity. For example, if a user has 30 companies, each with an annual return that is due soon (30), AutoReminder will send the Managed By user of each company 30 separate email alerts (one for per entity).

Batched by Manager

Select this option to send one alert for all entities to the Managed By user.

For example, if a user has 30 companies, each with an annual return that is due soon (30), AutoReminder will send the Managed By user of each company one email alert containing all 30 annual return reminders.

Batched by Partner

Select this option to send one alert for all entities to the Division/Partner user.

For example, if a user has 30 companies, each with an annual return that is due soon (30), AutoReminder will send the user defined as the Division/Partner for each company one email alert containing all 30 annual return reminders.
