Batches

Batches are automatically created when a file is imported. They assist with the organisation of files as they are imported.

When an inbound file is processed, a Batch is generated to consolidate and organise the processing.

A summary of Batch detail displays on the DXM Home Page. The summary displays the total number of Batches created and the Last Batch Creation date.

A Batch will contain details of Transactions that were processed, including any issues related to the Transactions that were encountered.

To view details about a specific Batch:

• Navigate to: System Tools > Data Exchange Manager > Batch (Section)
• Select Open.

The Batch Listing screen displays.

Batch details, including Transactions and any issues relating to any of the files processed, are displayed.
