Data Library Types – Intercompany Agreement
The Intercompany Agreement Data Library Type is used to record information on (and upload) agreements made between divisions or entities in a group.
To record intercompany agreement detail:
- Navigate to and open the record for the entity that the information is to be recorded for.
- Select the Data Library icon and then the Legal tab.
- Select Intercompany Agreement from the list of Types available.
The Legal Department - Intercompany Agreement screen displays.
- Select New.
The New: Intercompany Agreement screen displays.
Summary
Type: Ensure that the Intercompany Agreement option is selected.
Status: Select a status for this record (if applicable).
Reminder: Enter a Reminder date (if applicable).
Assigned to: Select the user responsible for updating/verifying/authorising this record (if applicable).
Other Connected Entities
Select the Wand icon to connect this record to any other parties/entities concerned with the agreement.
Intercompany Agreement
This section contains fields which are specific to the Intercompany Agreement Data Library (for example, jurisdiction details, the date of signature, the signatories, the currency of the transaction, the type of agreement, etc.). Complete these fields with the relevant information.
Attachments
Select the Wand icon to upload documents to the record.
- Select Save, then Close the record.
