Filter Data Library records from within an Entity

Lists of Data Library Items are displayed within Companies, Individuals or Other Entities.

By selecting an entity, the list automatically filters to display only those items directly attached to the specified entity.

To filter through the listed items:

• Filter Data Library Searches for the required record.
• Open the record by selecting the Folder icon.

The Summary screen for that record displays.

• Select the Arrow buttons to move back and forth between the entity's Data Library records.
• Select the the Edit button to amend or add missing information to the record.
• Select Wizards to carry out additional actions.
