Digital Certification in E-filing for Australia

Digital certificates are no longer required to lodge company registrations with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

Digital certificates can no longer be renewed and don't have to be uploaded to the system. Diligent Entities no longer checks for or sends the certificate when users lodge company registrations to ASIC.
