Your Diligent Equity cap tables give a high level overview of your equity ownership and shareholders.

Go to your Diligent Equity page and select Manage Cap Tables from the toolbar.

Select New Cap table.
The Add Captable window opens.

Enter the Cap table name and select the Company type.
Note
Select LLC -Limited Liability Company if you want to be able to generate an LLC waterfall.

Enter Your login password and select Create cap table.
Your new cap table is now created and ready to start adding shareholders. For more information go to Create a new shareholder.
