Install the BoardEffect iOS app and sign in

You can download the BoardEffect iOS application from the App Store for free. After installing the application, you need to establish a connection and authorize your device.

1. To download the BoardEffect iOS app, follow these steps:

   1. Sign in to the App Store.

   2. Search for BoardEffect, and select Install.

2. After the installation is complete, open the application.

3. On the application, select the + icon at the top right to add a connection.

4. In the New connection dialog box, do the following:

   1. In the Organization name field, enter the name of your organization.

      This is typically the subdomain in your site URL. For example, if your URL is https://companyname.boardeffect.highbond.com/, companyname is the name of your organization.

   2. In the Domain name field, from the dropdown menu, select your domain.

      For example, if your URL is https://companyname.boardeffect.highbond.com/, your domain is boardeffect.highbond.com.

5. Select Submit.

6. On the Plateforme Diligent One sign in page that appears, enter your email and password and select Sign in.

   As you are accessing the site for the first time, your administrator must authorize your device. After a successful authentication, the connection is added and is available on the Connections page.

7. Select the connection to access the BoardEffect site.

8. Enter your credentials and select Sign in to reauthenticate.
