Central Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO) – Data Summary Report

A Data Summary Report can be generated for a company. The report collates the required information about each Beneficial Owner.

Data Summary Report

The Data Summary Report is designed to assist with the manual entry of mandatory data onto the RBO website.

• The report can be created for a company, in which case, all Beneficial Owners listed against the company will display in a single report.

• Or it can be generated for individual Beneficial Owners.

• Should it be the case that a Beneficial Owner has not been confirmed, the report will also highlight the fact.

Create a Data Summary Report

The Data Summary Report can be created in three different areas:

1. Global Data Library icon

To generate a Data Summary Report when not inside an Entity Record:

• Select the Data Library icon.

The All Data Library screen displays.

• From the Type dropdown menu select the Beneficial Owners filter.
• Select Search.

All Beneficial Owner entries will display.

• Select Wizards and select the RBO Data Summary for Online Portal option.

The RBO Data Summary for Online Portal wizard opens.

A Data Summary Report summarising the details of all Beneficial Owners recorded in Diligent Entities is generated.

2. Company Record

To generate a Data Summary Report when inside Company's Record:

• Navigate to: the required Company Record > Ownership > Beneficial Owners > Wizards > RBO Data Summary for Online Portal.
• This method will generate a Data Summary Report summarising the details of all Beneficial Owners recorded this company.

3. Individual Beneficial Owner Data Library

To generate a Data Summary Report when inside an Individual's Beneficial Owner's Record:

• Navigate to: the required Company Record > Ownership > Beneficial Owners.
• Open the required Wizards > RBO Data Summary for Online Portal.
• This method will generate Data Summary Report summarising the details of the selected Beneficial Owner for the selected company.
