Micro-entity Accounts: When Form AA02 is unsuitable

As of December 2023, Diligent Entities no longer supports UK micro-entity accounts.

For dormant companies, there may still be certain circumstances when Form AA02 is deemed unsuitable for your company (even when the Form AA02 option is active in the Accounts Wizard, or the automatic iXBRL accounts are still applicable):

  • A Company has multiple share classes.
  • A Company has shares issued at a premium.
  • A Company has partly paid shares.

When any of these circumstances are applicable, the preview of Form AA02 will display as 'crossed out', with the reason for the error listed on the final page.
