Monitoring Self-Declarations: Reports
The Process Administrator is able to monitor the progress of Self-Declarations that have been sent out, from the Certification Regime Manager Portal page. The page can be filtered on Status.
Certification Reports
There are two reports that the Process Administrator can run from the Certification Regime Manager Portal page.
The first icon is the Self-Declaration Report that displays responses to both outstanding and completed questionnaires that are part of the Self-Declaration.
To run the report:
- Select the first report button.
- The SMCR – Self Declaration Report Wizard will be displayed.

Populate the fields with the required options:

Survey select Certification Regime
-
Version Defaults to Version 1

Include Responses Choose from No, Yes, or Yes (With Notes)

Include Approver 1 Yes or No

Include Approver 2 Yes or No

Include Approver 3 Yes or No

- Select Next once options have been selected.
- On the Report page of the Wizard, select to Save Report to Working Documents if required, or make a selection in the View With field for the program with which you want to view your report (the following example will be shown in MS Excel).
- Select Finish. Your report will open in your specified format.
The second icon is the Master List of Certified People Report that displays all the Certified Persons at a certain point in time or during a date range.
To run the report:
- Select the first report
- Select what time frame / point in time and the Certification Regime.
- On the Report page of the Wizard, select to Save Report to Working Documents if required, or make a selection in the View With field for the program with which you want to view your report (here it's opened in Web Browser).
- Select Finish. Your report will open in your specified format.
Note
If the Master List of Certified People does not show all Individuals, it could be because they are missing the Regime Records. These can be auto-created, by selecting the link Cert Regime Refresh under System Tools > SMCR Solution > Configuration page.
Rejected Self-Declarations
If the Individual or one of the Approvers, rejects the Self-Declaration, the status is updated with the status Rejected.
Once appropriate action has been taken, the Self-Declaration can be re-initiated by selecting the Initiate link next to the record.
