Send minutes for review

After you finish updating the minutes, you can send a draft for review, before publishing the final version. This section describes how to preview the minutes, and then send a request to members or other users to review the draft. It also includes instructions for opening a draft of the minutes document to review the content.

Send draft for review

  1. Open the Meeting details page.

  2. To preview the minutes, select options in the Minutes section, then select Preview draft.

  3. To preview the minutes for members, select Member minutes.

  4. To preview the minutes for the public, select Public minutes.

  5. To send a draft of the minutes for review, select Send for Review on the top right. A dialog displays with a list of meeting members.

  6. Select the checkbox next to the member’s name to whom you would like to send the minutes.

  7. To send the draft for review, select Send Draft.

    Note

    If you update the minutes after you send a draft for review, the most recent version becomes available to the reviewers.

Review draft

You can open the meeting minutes as a draft, and then review the content.

  1. When an administrator sends a request to review the minutes, you’ll receive an email message at the email address associated with your Community account. Select the email message to open it.

  2. Select Review Minutes.

  1. The Preview page opens in a new tab on your web browser.

  2. To review a web version of the minutes, select Web View.

  3. To review the minutes as an Adobe PDF document, select PDF.

Meeting template: Show draft minutes publicly

You can select if the draft minutes are shown publicly when added to agenda

  1. Go to Meeting template.

  2. Go to Minutes.

  3. Select the Gear icon.

  4. Select Show drat minutes publicly when published to show draft minutes.
