Ireland Beneficial Ownership: Run Beneficial Ownership Register

To run a Beneficial Ownership register for a company:

1. Open the relevant company record. The Report wizard opens.

2. Navigate to Reports > Statutory Registers.

3. Scroll down and select Beneficial Ownership.

4. Select Next. The Document Date page displays.

   Note

   If there are previously saved report settings, the system will prompt you to select a Report Setting first before displaying the Document Date page.

5. In the Date field, enter the date that you want to record in the system as the date for running the register.

6. Select Next. The From/To Date page displays.

7. To view the Beneficial Ownership record details for a certain time period, enter a date range in the Date To and Date From fields. Alternatively, if no time period is required, leave these fields blank.

8. Select Next. The Report page displays.

9. To run the register but view it at a later date, select Save Report to Working Documents. After completing the Report wizard, you can find the register in Working Documents. Locate the relevant register and open it for viewing.

10. To view the register immediately, in the view As dropdown menu, select either My Report Settings or Shared Report Settings. For each setting, you must also enter a name in the Name field.

11. Select Finish.The wizard closes.

    The register is now generated in the specified format.
