Individual Pending Events
When information for a new individual is imported into Entities in .xml format using DXM, the data can be stored as events that are pending. The imported pending data can be reviewed before it is finalised, allowing for the records of Individuals to be updated with name changes, address changes, and for new records to be created.
The formatting of the .xml file to support the import of Individual records into Pending Events requires assistance from Diligent Services.
Review a Pending Event
Once a Pending Event transaction has been imported and processed, it can be reviewed in the Pending Events section of Entities.
An imported transaction can then be reviewed and actioned.
