Outbound Feed

An Outbound Feed refers to data that will be extracted from Diligent Entities.

An Outbound Feed may be requested by a client to compile data related to Entities or Appointments. The feed would be provided in an .xml format. Examples may include:

Entity Information	List of Entities, Entity Status, Type of Entity, Location information
Ownership information	Current or Historical
Appointment information	Appointment of Directors, Committees, Officers
