Data Library Entity Profile Reports

Data Library Profile Reports can be generated for an entity from a search screen (for example, Company, Individual, Other Entities, etc.), or from within the relevant entity record. the search screens.

To generate a Data Library Profile report for an entity from the relevant search screen:

  • Navigate to the appropriate search screen: All Searches > Companies/Individuals/Other Entities.
  • Conduct a search to ensure that the relevant group of entity records are listed.
  • If only some of the records listed are required for the report, select the required records by selecting the checkbox adjacent to each listing (or filter out those to be excluded).
  • Select Reports and select the For Word Processor option, then one of the profile options (Multiple Docs or Single Doc).

To generate the same reports from within an entity record:

  • For a Company Profile, navigate to: [required entity record] > Wizards > Reports & Registers > For Word Processor > Company Profile.
  • For an Individual or Other Entity Profile, navigate to: [required entity record] > Wizards > Reports > Individual/Other Entity Profile.

Alternatively:

  • Select the Reports icon in the Banner of the record and select the relevant Profile option from the Reports screen.

When a Profile report option is generated, the related entity Profile Wizard will open.

  • Ensure that the Data Library option is selected, then continue through the wizard to generate the report.

Note

Not all Data Library items will display in the profile report by default. For Data Library items to display on entity profile reports, the option must be configured in System Tools > Data Library
