Produce/Amend Dormant Company Documents

Diligent Entities provides the ability to produce the Dormant Company Form AA02 in paper form. E-filing is not available for dormant company accounts.

This option is only available for dormant Companies which are Limited by Shares and can be accessed by navigating to: Company record > Compliance > Accounts. Completing the accounts detail will produce the AA02 form (only applicable to companies which are not a subsidiary, have never traded and the only transaction on the accounting records is the issue of subscriber shares).
