Conduct Rules – Global Dashboard

Conduct Rules can be viewed and managed from the Global Dashboard. The Global Dashboard provides Administrators with a visual summary of all Conduct Rules Reviews across the organization, in addition to their current status.

Data displayed on the Global Dashboard is graphical, company specific, and updated in real time.

To access the Global Dashboard:

• Select the SMCR Admin icon.

The Global Dashboard opens to automatically display summary organisational detail according to the three key SMCR legislative aspects or Regimes.

Conduct Rules Levels

The Conduct Rules consists of 3 levels:

1. Conduct Rules (A-Senior Managers)
2. Conduct Rules (B- Certification)
3. Conduct Rules (C- Rest of the Company)

Each level will contain sections that are displayed on the Global Dashboard:

Individuals - Number of individuals that currently have an uncompleted Conduct Rule review.

Uninitiated- Number of Conduct Rule reviews that are not initiated

Records - Percent of records open and in progress. The color coded bar updates as records become due.

• Green - Current
• Yellow - Expiring
• Red - Expired

Reviews - Percent of reviews open and in progress

• Green - Complete
• Yellow - In Progress
• Red - Overdue

An Administrator will be able to drill down to a listing of Individuals by selecting one of the charts. The information that is displayed will be determined by the selection chosen.

Individuals View

Selecting the Individuals view will display all individuals with a current Conduct Rule record. The status can be seen visually with a color coded bar matching the graph above.

Uninitiated View

Selecting the Uninitiated view will display all individuals with a current Conduct Rule Review that is awaiting initiation. The status will be shown in the status column and can be seen visually with a color coded bar matching the graph above.

Records View

Selecting the Records view will show all individuals with a current Conduct Rule record. The status will be shown in the status column and can be seen visually with a color coded bar matching the graph above.

Reviews View

Selecting the Reviews view will display all individuals with a current Conduct Rule Review. This will include when the review was due and completed. The status will be shown in the status column and can be seen visually with a color coded bar matching the graph above.
