E-filing for Ireland: Deleted EF Documents
You can find forms deleted from the Electronic Filing section of Working Documents under Deleted EF Documents.
Note
The Deleted EF Documents option is only available for forms related to e-filing for Ireland. Thus, this option is visible if the electronic profile for Ireland is enabled and the user has the Deleted E-filing (IE) Documents user role right enabled for their user role. For more information refer to Enable the Electronic Filing Profile for Ireland and User Role Rights respectively.
Whenever a document related to e-filing for Ireland is deleted, first it is moved to the Deleted EF Documents section from where users can view it, restore it, or delete it permanently.
Note
Only users that have the Delete Working Document user role right enabled for their user role can delete documents from Deleted EF Documents.
The Audit Trail logs when users delete, restore, or permanently delete e-filed documents.
