Initial View Configuration
The Initial Entity View field has to be set to Entity Portal under the User's Preferences for all Reviewers of the Review to open correctly.
To update preferences for all Users, follow the steps below.
- Go to System Tools > System Security > User Policies and open the role you want to update.
- Go to the third page in the Wizard and make sure that the Company Portal is the correct one.
- This will configure the Entity Portal.
- After that go to System Tools > System Security > Users and on the By Details tab select the role you want to update or leave blank to update all roles.
- Select Wizards and Batch Change User Preferences.
- Verify the list of Users and select First View Options, then Next.
- Change to Entity Portal (if configured, otherwise Entity Details).
