Download and view a Meeting Book (iPhone)
You can download and view a Meeting Book, so you can view it on your iPhone. When an administrator updates the Meeting Book, the most recent version is automatically available in your account.

Sign in to your BoardEffect account. The home page displays.

Go to the My Upcoming Events section, and then select the Resources on the relevant event card. Select the relevant Meeting Book on the list.

You can also view a Meeting Book in a workroom. To go to a workroom, select the menu icon on the top left of any page. The Navigation Bar displays.

Select the relevant Workroom. The workroom home page displays.

Select the Library tab
at the bottom of the workroom home page. -
To download a Meeting Book, select Download Book. You can now access the Meeting Book even when using the app offline.

After the Meeting Book downloads, select View Book t o view it on your iPhone.
