Entities assistant

Entities assistant is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature. For information on how AI features use Entities data, refer to Entities AI transparency notice.

AI enhancements are available to clients with the Entities Platform package. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.

AI features are inactive by default. Before you can use them, your organization's administrator must provision them for you. For information on how to activate AI features, refer to Managing AI features.

About Entities assistant

With Entities assistant, you can get the key corporate information without navigating the Entities interface.

When prompted, Entities assistant can list the following information:

  • Company profile

  • List of directors

  • List of shareholders

  • Upcoming due dates

  • Addresses

Ask Entities assistant for company information

  1. To access Entities assistant, from the Global Banner on top, select the AI icon ent_ai-icon.png.

  2. The Entities assistant chat window appears.

  3. In the search box, find the company you want to learn more about, and select Next.

  4. Select one of the available options displayed in the chat window.

    Entities assistant lists the required information.

  5. To get more information about the selected company, select another option from the list.

  6. To get information about a different company, close the chat window and select the AI icon ent_ai-icon.png again.
