Processing Transactions

The Transaction Listing screen displays those Transactions contained within a Batch that are awaiting processing, as individual line items.

Transaction Listing

Opening a Batch will display a list of the Transactions contained within it.

To locate the Transaction List:

• Navigate to: System Tools > Data Exchange Manager > Batch (section).
• Select Open.

• Locate the desired Batch Transaction entry and select the related Folder button.

Once open, the Batch is auto-filtered to only display those line items/Transactions awaiting processing (Pending).

Filter options (located across the top of the screen) can be applied to display Transactions in the Batch with different statuses. As only Pending Transactions are available to be processed, if Transactions with different statuses are selected to display in the Transaction Listing, the option to Process them will not be available.

For example, in the following Transaction Listing, the Batch is filtered to display All Transaction status types. Completed and Failed Transactions display, but the option to process them is disabled.

Processing Transactions

Prior to processing, individual Transactions can be reviewed by selecting the related folder to open the Transaction Summary. The Transaction Summary will display information about the data that is to be processed.

Once the data of the Pending Transaction has been reviewed:

• Select Close to close the Transaction Summary window.

The view returns to the Transaction Listing screen.

• Select Process.

The DXM - Process Run (Report) wizard opens to display the Select Batch screen.

• Select Next.

The Review Transactions screen displays.

• Select Next.

The Report screen displays.

• Use the options to determine where the generated report of the processed Transactions can be accessed from and how it should display.
• Select Finish.

The Pending Transactions are processed.

Once complete, confirmation of processed Transactions will display on screen.
