Hierarchy Reports

There are three reports available for Hierarchies: Two Company Hierarchy reports (one providing the standard Diligent Entities 'tree view' of a hierarchy and a ChartIt extract which provides a graphic structure chart), and one Individual Report that provides one-step upward and downward reporting lines, arranged by Legal Entity, as they pertain to the Individual in question.

All reports can be run either from the Hierarchy (View) page or from the Reports tab.

Company Hierarchy (ChartIt) Report

Users must ensure that they have ChartIt installed on their computer in order to export a Hierarchy into ChartIt and view it as a graphic structure chart.

• Select the Reports tab
• Select SMCR – Hierarchy (ChartIt).

• The SMCR – Hierarchy Chart (ChartIt) Report Wizard will be displayed.

• Select the desired Hierarchy Type as from the dropdown list
• Select Next.
• Select Finish for the Chart to open.
