Customize Workflow

Administrators can make changes to the Senior Managers Certification Regime workflow if required.

  1. Go to System Tools > Workflow Manager.

  2. Select Edit for the Workflow List.

  3. To edit, open the SMCR – Cert library using the open folder next to it.

  4. To generate the certificate as a PDF, select Stage "A": OnEnter and set the variable GENERATEASPDF to Y.

  5. For the workflow to only send a specific document type, go to System Tools > Data Library and select New.

  6. In the Data Library Types wizard that displays, enter a quick reference, enter Certification Template as Description and select Compliance for category. Select Next.

  7. On the Summary Details page, enter a default summary and specify the automatic formulas. Select Next.

  8. On the Options page, select the Enable Attachments option, then complete the wizard.

  9. Go back to the SMCR – Cert library in the Workflow List and add the data library type to the certificate.

  10. Open OnEnter: Stage "C" and add the following condition for Filter to only send Certificates: WF.OPTION.DOCFILTER.NOTETYPE="CERTTEMP"

  11. Save your changes.
