Import company data using AI
When creating your cap table, use Diligent Equity AI assistance to efficiently extract key information when onboarding new customers.

In Equity go to the Admin portal and select the Companies tab from your administration toolbar.

Select Add company.
The Add company form opens.

Enter the company name and select Company type from the dropdown menu.

Select Submit.
The new company will appear in your Companies list.

Go to the company and select the more options icon
.A menu opens.

Select Upload with AI flow.
The file explorer on your device opens.

Select the file with the company data.
The AI assistant will start to extract the data from your file, import it to your company, and build your cap table.
Note
A status indicator will appear next to your company name in the Cap table upload status column indicating the progress.
