Adding or removing BoardEffect directory columns for a PDF

You can change which columns are displayed in the directory, when you export it to an Adobe PDF. Add or remove the columns in the directory, so you can view the most relevant information offline.

  1. To access your formatting options, select General Settings.

  2. Select Look and Feel on the top right.

  3. In the Look and Feel dialog box, you can add a new column in the PDF. Select an option in the Directory Display Columns for PDF menu, and then select the +Add icon. You can add up to eight small columns.

  4. To remove a column, select the xRemove icon next to the column name.

  5. To save your changes, select Save.

  6. To export the directory to an Adobe PDF, open the directory, and then select Download Directory on the bottom right. Select "Download as PDF" from the menu.
