ReportIt Report Portal: Create a report
The ReportIt Report Portal provides access to the Report Designer, where reports and templates can be created or edited, and their content formatted.
Create a report
To create a new report:
- Navigate to the ReportIt Report Portal.
- Select Create report located in the Report List toolbar.
The Create Report screen displays.
Note
Administrators determine which Data Models are made available to users. For Diligent Entities users, a Semantic Model containing Diligent Entities data is available for selection.
- Select the Data Model containing the data that will be reported on, by selecting the relevant icon.
- Select the Create Report button at the bottom of the screen.
The Report Designer screen displays.
- Select the Save As icon to open the Save As screen and give the report a title.
The report's content is now ready to be designed and formatted.
