Setting Up Users: Configuration Manager

Configuration Manager is the central point for managing security levels.

• Summary Summarised list of Access Groups and usage throughout the Blueprint OneWorld system. 'My Usage' refers to their usage in the Blueprint OneWorld Review Manager module.
• Reports Summary of Review Manager Reports and indication of whether they have been installed or not. The report listings are grouped into sections and it also indicates which Access Groups are used for each Report.

To install a report, use the Wand to the right of the screen.

Once a report has been installed, the associated Access Group can be changed by selecting the Wand on the right hand of the screen.

• Menus Portal location of where Menus are located. (For Blueprint OneWorld Development User Only).
• Data Libraries List of Data Libraries pertaining to Review Manager. This section also controls Access Groups. Selecting the Access Group number tells you where and how it is being used. The Access Group, and whether the Data Library is visible or hidden, can be changed from this page. It is strongly recommended that these settings are not changed.
• Custom Security This allows the Administrator to grant Review Manager security to Users.

To create a New Custom Security:

• Select New.
• Select the Security Role (User Role applies to all Users in a particular role, while User applies to an Individual). If you select User Role, all User Roles you have entered into Blueprint OneWorld will be available in the dropdown list in the field called Role. If you select Security User, all your Blueprint OneWorld Users will appear in the dropdown list in the field called User.

• Apply the appropriate Security Key (i.e. the Review Manager access level – Reviewer, Manager, and Administrator) from the dropdown list in that field. If you select Hidden here, the chosen Security Role or User is allowed to see Hidden Reviews. More details on these various access levels can be found in the Legend section.
