Access Groups

Policy Deploy access groups function as security groups.

If you are using Policy Manager, the target audience must be set up for users to have access to documents. Policy Manager and Policy Deploy do not sync groups of users.

  1. From the Policy Deploy left menu, select Administration then Access Groups.

  2. You may perform these actions:

    • Select the Create Group button then name the group and copy the access from an existing group, which you can later edit.

    • Select the Delete Group button to delete the selected group. If there are uses in the group, the system notifies you and does not delete the group. Deleting a group cannot be undone.

    • Select the Edit button to edit the selected group. an existing group. Select or deselect the access rights.
