Refcodes
Use refcodes to create internal name/value pairs where you can match an internal code with what the the users will see in the system. For example, you may have business units with Codes of 1, 2, 3, 4 and you can assign Values as the organization shifts name.
Add a refcode

From the Policy Deploy left menu, select Administration then Refcodes.

Select the Add New Domain (the parent) and name the domain.

Add any number of Codes and Values to be related to the domain. Select Active to make the code available to use.

Select Update.
Manage refcodes

From the Policy Deploy left menu, select Administration then Refcodes.

Select a domain.

Perform one of the following:

Select Add New Code to add a code to the existing list.

To update an existing code, select Edit, make the changes, and select Update.
