What is Policy Deploy?

Use Diligent's Policy Deploy to create and launch attestation surveys (campaigns) to announce published documents, and, optionally, required an attestation that audience members have read, understood, and will abide by the document contents.

If you are using Diligent's Policy Manager, campaigns are launched at the point of publishing the document via the Campaign launch selection. See Policy Manager.

Roles

End users work from the Policy Deploy Home page and must be set up in Policy Deploy. See Using Policy Deploy.

Administrators have access to:

• Home page: Consumers identify what attestations to complete.

• Reports: Generate a report, search the report, and export the report to Excel. The functionality is the same as reports in the Policy Make module. See Reports.

• Administration: Perform administration functions. See Administration.

• Campaigns: Launch and manage campaigns. See Campaign for user attestations.
