Regulations
You can catalog regulations, laws, or other outside governance requirements relevant to your organization and add documents to create auditable reference of requirements. In addition, external references such as websites and attachments can be related to each regulation as supporting information.

From the left menu, select Regulations.

On the Regulations page, you can select any button shown here to add a new regulation or edit, clone, or delete the selected regulation.

Once the regulation is selected, select the requirement on the Requirements tab, which is Right to be forgotten in the example below.

Note that to the right of the requirement, you can select a button to add a requirement as well as edit or delete the selected requirement.

Under Documents, itemize the list of your organization's documents that fulfill the selected requirement. Select to add an existing document or create a new document. See Creating a document. Once a document is added, you can look at the document details, download the document, or delete the document.

Select the References tab to select to add references. You can edit and delete a reference. Once a reference is added, the Location URL can be selected.

Select the Attachments tab and select to upload an attachment. The attachment can be downloaded or deleted.
