Using Policy Manager

Policy Manager consolidates document management activities to simplify and ensure adherence. Use Policy Manager to:

Author, track, and manage documents centrally and map them to regulatory standards, risk frameworks, and business objectives.

Keep documents up to date.

Automate the review and approval process across departments.

Ensure that all documents are read and understood, including attestations.

Offer an audit-friendly document management compliance program.
These software modules work together:

Policy Make (labeled as Policy Manager): Users create, maintain, and review document content. Administrators control users, security, and set up system configurations. See Working with Policy Manager .

Policy Portal: Consumers can locate, view, and download documents. The audience may include employees, vendors, or outside parties. Some documents may be accessed without logging in and others can require the user to log in. See Using Policy Portal.
Where can you use Policy Manager?

Supported languages
The user interface supports English and Spanish. It defaults to English unless Spanish is the language in the user's profile. Administrator's user interface defaults to English.
Translated versions of documents in Policy Manager can be made available. The language displayed is based on the language set in the user's profile. If a document translation that matches the user's profile is not available, the document defaults to English.
Out-of-the box Policy Manager allows for the following languages:
