Managing your password
You can reset or change your password that you use to sign in to Diligent One.
Diligent One includes a security setting that determines whether passwords meet complexity requirements. For more information, see Diligent Security.
If your company uses single sign-on (SSO) to log in to Diligent One, you need to reset your password within your SSO Identity Provider.
Reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

Go to www.highbond.com.
- On the login page, select Reset password.
- Enter the email address associated with your Diligent One account and select Send reset instructions.
- Check your email inbox for a message with instructions for resetting your password.
Note
Email notifications are sent from notifications@highbond.com unless your company has set up a custom sender. For more information, see Set up a custom email sender.
- From the email, select Reset your password. This opens a Reset password dialog box.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Select Reset.
- Enter your new credential to login.
Change your password
You must change your password periodically to improve security.

Open the Launchpad home page (www.highbond.com).
If your company uses more than one instance in Launchpad, make sure the appropriate instance is active.
- Select >Profile.
- Click Change password.
- Enter your current password and type in your new password twice.
- Click Change password.
