Deactivate and reactivate a Team Data room
As organizational administrator you can deactivate and reactivate a Team Data room from the Team data rooms tab in your administration view.
An inactive team room can be reactivated, as it is a temporary status, and all data restored. Only when it is destroyed will all data be lost.
Deactivate a Team Data room

In the Team data rooms tab select the room's more options icon

Select Deactivate.
The Team Data room will now show as Inactive in the Status column.
Reactivate a Team Data room

In the Team data rooms tab select the room's more options icon
. -
Select Activate.
The Team Data room will show as Active in the Status column and all data will be restored.
