You can copy files and folders from one location to another within Secure File Sharing, and you can copy more than one item at a time to a destination folder. When you create a copy of an item, a new record is created and earlier data relating to the item will not carry over.

Go to your personal or team data room.
Note
In team rooms your ability to copy or move items depends on your permissions.

Select the items you want to copy.

Select the Actions from your toolbar for multiple items or select the item's More options icon
for an individual item. -
Select your destination folder.
This can be to a team room you are a member of or to another folder in your own data room.
Tip
You can create a new folder in the root folder by selecting New folder at the lower end of the panel. After you select OK, this folder will appear in your list of destination folders.

Select Copy.
A notification will pop up advising your item was copied.
Note
Where an identical item in the destination folder has been identified a notification window will appear.
