In your Secure File Sharing data room you can update a document while maintaining a history of earlier versions. Each time you upload an identical document to a folder, the system creates a new version while saving the old one. You can then view and download each version.
Prerequisite
The document must have the same name and format as the existing document in the destination folder.
Upload a new version

In the data room, go to the folder that holds the document.
We call this the destination folder.

Select New on your toolbar and select File upload from the menu.

On your device go to the new version of the file you want to upload.

Select Open.
An Upload new version dialog opens advising you that the document already exists, checking if you want to create a new version.

Select Create new version.
Your file will be uploaded.
View previous versions
All previous versions can be viewed by going to Item info in the document's more options menu.

Select the document's more options icon
and select Item info from the menu.

Select the Versions tab.
Here you can view upload infomation and view or download versions.
