Activate content change notifications
Note
This feature is part of our Virtual Data Room package and must be switched on at organizational level by your Diligent Support team. To start using this feature contact your Customer Support Manager for details.
As Data Room manager, you can activate an email notification to inform team room groups of any changes made to items they can access.

In your Team Data room go to the Members and groups tab in your side navigation bar.

Select the more options icon
of the group you want to edit and select Details. -
Select the Change notification email checkbox.

Select Apply changes.
A message appears at the bottom of the screen to confirm the update.
After your change has been applied to the group an icon 
will appear beside the group in the Group tab of your Members and Members view.
Remove the notification

In your Team Data room go to the Members and groups tab in your side navigation bar.

Select the more options icon
of the group you want to edit and select Details. -
Deselect the Change notification email checkbox.

Select Apply changes.
A message appears at the bottom of the screen to confirm the update.
The icon will disappear from the group in your Members and Members view.
