Create and use a meeting template
Meeting templates make it faster to create meetings that use the same details. Templates provide prefilled data on the Agenda tab.
Create a template
-
Go to Overview in Flows and select the Start a Flow icon
. For more information, go to Start or open a meeting Flow . -
On the Agenda tab, add agenda items and document delivery information. Information on who should deliver, review and approve the documents is saved with the template.
-
Select the more options icon
above the list of agenda items and then Save as template from the options.
-
Enter a unique name for the template and select Create. The template is available the next time you create a meeting.
Note
Whenever you create a meeting template, the Flow saves a .tpl file in the /Flows/Meetings/Templates folder of the Flow installation's Team Data room. This file is accessed when you start a new meeting Flow and select a template in the user interface. It is an internal system file and can only be interpreted by the meeting Flow. Do not change, replace, move, delete, or rename this file and the folder structure that contains it.
