Transfer a board book
When you transfer a board book, the documents and files gathered by Flow are sent to Diligent Boards. Diligent Boards collate the documents and files into a board book.

The transferred board book only includes finalized documents for agenda items or topics.

After they are transferred, Administrators can again review the board book and its documents in Diligent Boards.

Making the board book available to directors or board members is a separate step that requires status changes in Diligent Boards.

In Diligent Data Room, select Flows from the Navigation bar, and select the corresponding Flow tile to open the Flow..

Select the Transfer tab.

Below Board book, select Show more to view the contents of the agenda and the delivered documents.

Select Transfer board book.
Wait until the board book has been transferred successfully before you sign out of Diligent Data Room.
