Invite members and assign permissions

The Flow manager is responsible for inviting additional Data room members and assigning permissions. Administrators must have the appropriate permissions for the team room, and Flow managers must be data room managers of the same team room.

Invite new members

Flow managers and Data room managers must invite users to the team data room and assign their permissions. Only invited members can participate in a Flow.

Assign permissions to existing members

Members of a Flow or Team data room can have their permission changed at any stage. Permissions can apply to specific items in a folder or can be group permissions.
